Pulsar Real Estate is a recently established company founded by a young consultant following an experience of over ten years in some of the most important global realities in the real estate consultancy sector.

The company offers assistance to Owners, Investors and Tenants in all segments of the real estate market, with a particular specialization in the office and commercial properties sector. We support our customers in the search for new offices, in the lease and sale of properties and in the definition of the best strategies.
Pulsar Real Estate is aimed at both individuals and companies, and aims to provide its customers with high value-added professional services to meet their needs in an increasingly dynamic real estate market.

Compared to a classic real estate agency, we have focused on a strongly consulting approach in which the customer is at the center of the entire process and is assisted in all its phases until the conclusion.
We do not adopt standardized procedures but we prefer to adapt them from time to time according to the specific needs of our interlocutor in order to guarantee a highly personalized service that is more responsive to their specific needs.

Pulsar Real Estate is mainly active on the markets of Rome and Milan. Despite its recent establishment, the company has already assisted several national and international clients in sales and leasing operations mainly in the office sector, in which it is highly specialized.
Francesco De Iacobis
Founder
Francesco De Iacobis has been working in the real estate consultancy sector for fiftheen years. In this period he has worked for some of the most important companies on a global level such as Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield.

In the course of his experience he has assisted owners, investors and tenants in the definition and implementation of real estate strategies. He has dealt with leases, renegotiations, acquisitions and sales, with a particular focus on office properties.

Among the main clients followed are the major real estate operators including institutional investors, asset management companies, construction companies, religious bodies and important national and international companies operating in various sectors (pharmaceutical, telecommunications, energy, banking and insurance, IT, etc.).

Francesco is graduated in Business Administration from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and is fluent in English.
